Cancellation Policy
* Students who have regularly scheduled classes, attending once per week may reschedule one class per month. Students who have regular classes, attending two or more times per week may reschedule up to two classes per month. * All make-up classes must be scheduled within one month of the original class date. Rescheduling beyond this period is not permitted. * Requests to reschedule made a day before a class are considered last-minute and will not be rescheduled or refunded. The missed class will be counted toward the student’s lesson package.
